Wide empty high-desert plain at dawn

Question:

What's the problem?

where we stand

The cost of an assumptionis how long you keep it.

Every organization has a handful of real obstacles standing between what it offers and the people who would say yes. The wrong audience. The wrong price. A belief that needs breaking. Something too hard to find, or too hard to act on. Most agencies never go looking. They arrive already selling the one thing they know how to do, and they call it a strategy — and every month it runs unexamined, it costs you.

So we find the actual obstacle first. Then we pick the tool, run it, measure it, and change it — and we run that loop faster than anyone you've worked with. Because how quickly you learn is what decides how far you get. An organization a thousand corrections from its potential doesn't get there on one correction a month.

We came out of research and data science, so we know sooner than most whether something is working. We built our own system for organizing the work, so at any moment you can see exactly what we're doing, why we're doing it, and what it's meant to move.

We don't take a percentage of your ad spend. We'd never want you wondering whether we benefit from you spending more. We spend your money the way we'd spend our own. Most of our clients have been with us for years.

ForOrganizations willing to find out they were wrong about something, and to move on it the same week.

Not forAnyone who already knows the answer and wants an agency to go execute it quietly.

We're the agency for peoplewho are tired of agencies.

Marketing has a reputation problem, and it earned it. Too much of this industry runs on confidence instead of evidence, hides behind vocabulary, and quietly benefits from you spending more. We've built the opposite of that on purpose.

We don't take a percentage of your ad spend. We'd never want you wondering whether we're rooting for a bigger budget. We spend your money the way we'd spend our own — carefully, and never just to see what happens. Every organization we work with was somebody's ambition first, whether it's a Fortune 500 or a family business, and we treat it that way.

We also don't do the parts of this business that waste your time. No planning about the planning. No decks defending decks. We do the analysis, we say plainly what we found even when it's unwelcome, and then we get after it.

Most of our clients have been with us for years. That's the number we're proudest of.

Problem: Solution

What kind of organization are you?

Anybody can saywhat we just said.

Discipline is easy to claim and hard to prove, so we stopped claiming it and built it. Cantle is the system we run every account on. It's ours, we made it, and nothing gets worked on here that doesn't live inside it.

Every piece of work in Cantle is attached to the objective it exists to move, and every objective is attached to the problem we set out to solve. So there's no such thing as busywork in here. If a task can't answer why it exists, it doesn't get made.

That's the part clients notice first. You can step away for three weeks, come back, and see exactly where everything stands, down to the individual email, along with what it's supposed to accomplish and why we thought it was worth doing.

The part that matters more is what it does for us. Everything we've ever learned on your account stays connected to the thing it taught us, which means we never spend a month rediscovering something we already knew. That's most of where our speed comes from. Not working frantically. Just never covering the same ground twice.
